Thanks for stopping by! So how did this all start? In 2013 I started a food blog Pixels + Crumbs focusing on whole ingredients and food photography. One of the recipes was homemade granola. I’ve been making and refining this granola over the years and it’s always been a favorite of ours. It’s incredibly flavorful, crisp in texture because it’s slow-baked on a low temperature, and it has lots of nuts in each batch! In 2021 I decided to sell it at some local neighborhood farmers markets. I did some research, came up with a name, branding, packaging, etc, and had my first market in May 2021. I discovered that other people loved it as well. And they came back again and again and again for more.
I had been baking at home up until October 2021 and now have a commercial kitchen which is a perfect fit for me. That along with licensing requirements allows me to sell online and hopefully other markets and retailers down the road. I’m excited to bring this granola to your door!
